Synopsis:
Twenty-one-year-old college student and aspiring journalist Nancy Delaney’s nose for news smells a hot story idea when it comes to international playboy and artist Peter Rostovich. But as she works to get her story, she soon becomes intimately entangled with the mysterious Rostovich, who finds her irresistible. He becomes Nancy’s ticket to sexual awakening, and she soon discovers she has an appetite for bondage, too.
And there’s far more to Rostovich than just his art — he’s involved in a strange, violent criminal underworld that kidnaps Nancy and spirits her halfway around the world, where she’s held prisoner and made to serve as private Dominant-for-hire somewhere in the former Soviet Union. Will the sexual powers Rostovich helped awaken in her be Nancy’s only hope for escape?

My Review
5 of 5 Domino Effect
The Domino Effect is definitely an erotica read that has twists and turns that had me at the edge of my seat. I will say that when I read the blurb I said oh no not Fifty Shades because I love my Fifty Shades I know I am in the minority but that is okay. What I did love about The Domino Effect was that it had a serious thriller piece to it and it kept you guessing the entire time to see if Nancy one of the main characters would survive what she was going through.
Nancy is in her junior year of college when he friend and roommate Hannah asks her to cover a story for the newspaper. Yes yes I know what you are thinking but Nancy is a journal major so get your head out of fifty shades...... so Hannah asks Nancy to interview the elusive mysterious Peter who is known to be a playboy. Nancy agrees to do the story and when she goes to Cleveland to meet Peter. Once there she runs into instant trouble and to make things crazier the exhibit is being shut down by The Cleveland Police.
Nancy being Nancy ever the journalist sniffs out a great story when she sees one and starts to build a friendship with Peter. As soon as Peter sets eyes on Nancy he must have her and when he finds out she is a virgin he sets out to conquer her and show how what sex is like. Once Peter has sex with Nancy he awakens in her a desire she never knew she had and that is that she desire the bondage. She has never craved something like that in all her life but she craves the bondage and Peter gives it to her.
But then Nancy finds herself in a bit of a pickle when she is kidnapped and taken to the Soviet Union to serve as a private Dominate for hire. She realizes that Peter is into some serious criminal activities and she is not sure if she is cut out for this lifestyle. Will she escape the Soviet Union and the clutches of these criminals or will Peter leave her there to fend for herself? This is a very interesting read and I want to say that this is not a book for young adults but rather 18+ due to sexual content.
