My Review
5 of 5 Corporate Affair
Corporate Affair is a great read! I have to say that I love me some crazy bad boys turn lovable stories. I also love a strong heroine. Linda did a great job telling this story. The flow was smooth and easy to read through and follow. I never once got bored or thought lord this can not be real but I could actually see the small town and enjoyed it. I live a few hours from Vermont and I have to say that Linda was spot on with the descriptions.
Aiden Stewart works for his families company. His father wants to purchase another company named ChatDotCom and wants his son to seal the deal so to speak. So he sends him to Vermont to meet the CEO M. Jordan Fitzgerald. When Aiden gets to the meeting he gets more than he bargains for. When Aiden meets with Jordan he is blown away with the fact that she is a women. He thought he was meeting a guy and he is taken by surprise that he is actually looking at Jordan in a different light.
Jordan is The CEO of ChatDotCom and she has worked her butt off for where she is today. She needs this job security because she is keeping a secret that she wants to stay that way but when she meets Aiden her life is changed. Jordan wants to keep her secret but she is also starting to look at Aiden in a different light. What is Jordan to do when the competition poses a threat to the company and Aiden? Will she let Aiden in? Will the competition stop at nothing to get what he wants?
What is Jordan and Aiden to do? Come along for the greatest ride I have read in a long time. Yes this story is an adult story but I think the New Adults would love this story as well. Give it a go and see what I am rambling on about.
About the Author:
Linda has written steadily throughout the years, but usually other people’s papers, speeches, or articles for agricultural trade magazines. Her only published work of fiction was a children’s book, “The Copper Angel of Piper’s Mill”, written in 1988 when her children were still small. Now that the kids are out of the house, Linda is writing fiction again, and this time it’s personal! She writes full time and it’s Romance!
Linda lives in a romantic stone house in the green mountains of Vermont surrounded by her gardens and her animals who include horses, sheep, cats, dogs, chickens, a parakeet and various wildlife visitors who wander in and out at will. When time permits, she also enjoys sketching and painting.
