Okay I have a few things to say first before I get into this review. First I have to say that this book took me two weeks to read because I had to keep putting it down because I hated one of the main characters so badly I wanted to jump through my kindle and kick her a$$. I have never really had such strong feelings like I did when I read this book but for some reason this character Sasha made me so pissed off I hated her. Every time Drix would find happiness this bit$% was there to wreck it and for that I hated her because she was a selfish a$$hole.
Drix has always loved Sasha. She is his life and breath and nothing will come between them. Until one day things go bad and Sasha ends things with Drix. He is heart broken and vows to stay away from women at all costs. Yes he will f$%^ them but he leaves them right away. Then Drix meets Taylah and his world changes. He feels something for her but he is still carrying around feelings for Sasha so he is not sure he can give Taylah what she needs.
Then that all changes one day when Taylah says to Drix let's have a no strings attached friendship and see where it goes. They start to see each other and something happens to Drix that he thought would never happen to him and that is he is not thinking about Sasha while he is with Taylah. But Sasha sees this and she throws her own monkey wrench into the mix and has Drix all screwed up in the head again. Will Drix be able to move on from Sasha or will she always be there in his heart and in his soul?
This is such an emotional roller coaster of a ride that I was laughing one minute then crying the next. I loved this story and I loved loved the ending!
