Release date: July 2, 2012

Book Description:
When Alaina stumbles into a world that she only thought existed in her mind, she is understandably a little bit freaked out. Who wouldn't be? Characters that she had written down years ago are walking, and talking, and telling her that she is the only one who can save the princess and the kingdom of Isleen. Um...okay. As she travels down to the southern kingdom with Sir Gabriel, a really hot knight, she falls off horses, has an interaction with an evil witch, gets attacked by a sea creature, and even falls from lust into love.

Excerpt #2:
“How many girls have you tried to impress by taking them for rides on the back of a dragon?” she joked.
Gabriel reined in, guiding the dragon back to the beach. “None.”
“Oh.”
Alaina's stomach lurched up again as she felt them lean in for the landing. Gabriel nearly lost his hold on some of the hairs when he felt Alaina burrow deeper against him. “H-hold on,” he stuttered out.
“I am! I feel like I must be crushing you!”
He laughed. “It'll take a lot more than that to crush me.”
The dragon gave one last heavy flap of his wings as he descended down onto the sand. He let out a soft growl; a small puff of smoke emerged from his nostrils.
Gabriel jumped off, and quickly helped Alaina down. She stumbled against him as he pulled her away from the dragon who was starting to take off again.
“Oh, my god,” she murmured. “Wait, wait...wha-where's he going?”
“North. If I hadn't reined him in, he would've gone all the way with us on his back.”
Alaina sighed. “Wow. That was-”
“Terrifying?” he interjected.
She surprised him by running into his arms, and flinging herself around him. “Yes,” she whispered, “terrifying, and completely awesome.”
“Oh.” He was about to return the embrace when she pulled away. “Oh,” he said again.
