I have to say that this book is for everyone who has Stress and Chronic Fatigue. I suffer from both and reading this journal I will be following it. It tells you the right foods to eat and gives you inspirational thoughts to share with yourself and others.

All you have to do is follow the journal and it has everything in it from foods to stress management tools. I recommend it to everyone who has stress or chronic fatigue. This journal is a God send to me because I am going through a very stressful time right now and I am starting the journal tomorrow. I went grocery shopping and got the right foods to eat and I'm looking forward to my stress free journey.
