On Dublin Street (On Dublin Street #1) by Samantha Young Book Review

Jocelyn Butler has been hiding from her past for years. But all her secrets are about to be laid bare…

Four years ago, Jocelyn left her tragic past behind in the States and started over in Scotland, burying her grief, ignoring her demons, and forging ahead without attachments. Her solitary life is working well—until she moves into a new apartment on Dublin Street where she meets a man who shakes her carefully guarded world to its core.

Braden Carmichael is used to getting what he wants, and he’s determined to get Jocelyn into his bed. Knowing how skittish she is about entering a relationship, Braden proposes an arrangement that will satisfy their intense attraction without any strings attached.

But after an intrigued Jocelyn accepts, she realizes that Braden won’t be satisfied with just mind-blowing passion. The stubborn Scotsman is intent on truly knowing her… down to the very soul.

My Review

5 of 5 On Dublin Street With Braden Carmichael
OH MY HADES THIS BOOK Was A-F!@#$%^& AMAZING!!!!!!!

Lord this is one of the best books I have read this year. I have to say I got this book from Edelweiss and it had been sitting in my Kindle until Kay from Kay books started reading it and she said Tee you have got to read this book. Put down everything and start it straight away! I laughed and while I was at work I downloaded it and started reading it and could not put it down. I said dam that Kay she always knows what books I will not be able to put down. But I love that girl so much i couldn't put it down.

So this is the low down on the book without to many if any spoilers. We meet Jocelyn Butler who is a tortured soul. She has seen so much sadness and destruction around her that she has built a wall up around her and she will not take it down for no one or nothing. She moves from the states when she is finished with high school and moves to her mothers homeland of Scotland where she attends University (college for us states folks). After graduating University where she has made two best friends she is sad to see that they are moving on with their lives and so she has to look for another flat.

On the way to see her new flat she meets the most sexiest man and oh man she shares a cab with him. They are both checking each other out and Joss being a snarky ass mouth banters with Mr Gorgeous and they go back and forth until she stops at Dublin Street where she is going to see her new flat. Once she meets the girl with the flat she knows she wants to live there and thank God the girl who we find out in Ellie wants her to move in.

They become fast friends and then the unspeakable happens and Ellie's brother shows up at the flat and he is drum roll please .......... he is none other than Mr Gorgeous! HOLY SHIZZNICK does Joss do a double take and freaks because he has been all she has thought about. She wants him in the sack and so does he but how can that happen when she is living with his sister and the little fact that he has a girlfriend. Well that brings me to the crux of the story Joss can't seem to put the walls down even though she wants to. She does manage to have some fun with My Scotsman extraordinaire Braden Carmichael!

What happens in this story is so AMAZING that I laughed, I cried, and I cheered this couple and another on. This is a must read for all of us crazy lovers of bad boys and bad girls getting together with lots of love, sex, and passion! Samantha Young you are BRILLIANT!!!!!!!!!!!!
