Okay first I need to put a warning on this review. This book has CHEATING, lying, sneaking around, and a possible HEA depends on who you root for! Okay now that that is out of the way I can proceed with the good stuff and tell you that this book for a debut is absolutely amazing! I was sick when I read this book and I stayed in bed reading all night and half a day and let me tell you it was an amazing ride to read. I will say this there is cheating in this story and NO I don't condone it but it worked for this book because the characters truly made it work.
Sebby is in a loving marriage and has the best family ever. His wife and child come before anyone. But there is a side to Sebby that he keeps to himself and that is his love for water. He loves being in the water on the water but he has given his true love up for his family. Then he meets her Ysa and things bubble up in him he never knew where there and things are about to change for Sebby. See Sebby has always towed the line in his and he has never strayed from what others have wanted but this time he is about to take a plunge to see what will happen and how far this thing will go.
Ysa has had a rough life and she knows she comes from a less than desirable background and upbringing but she is determined to live her life the way she wants to and no one is going to stop her. Ysa's life is about to change in a way she never seen coming because when she meets him her life will spiral out of control and Ysa will have to either submit to her feelings and him or she will walk away and suffer the backlash that will come from being around this man she has feelings for and not just simple feelings but feelings she has never experienced before.
What will Ysa do? Will she stay or will she walk? What will Sebby do? Will he walk or will he fight for the one thing in life he wants more than his air to breathe?
M. Robinson loves to read. She favors anything that has angst, romance, triangles, cheating, love, and of course sex! She has been reading since the Babysitters Club and R.L. Stein.
She was born in New Jersey but was raised in Tampa Fl. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D in psychology, with two years left.
She is married to an amazing man who she loves to pieces. They have two German Shepherd mixes and a Tabby cat.
