This review is going to be short and sweet because I can not ruin this series for the readers. I mean this is one hell of a ride with dark suspense, death, angst, anger, action and so much more. This is a series and CAN NOT be read as a standalone. These books piggy back on one another. They are left off with HUGE cliff hangers. So if you hate cliff hangers then DO NOT read this series because it is a continuation of Sophia and Creed's story.
It all started in Deception and Chaos and wow what a ride that was. There was so much popping off in the first book I was literally sitting on the edge of my bed reading in the dark gasping waiting to see what happens and then BOOM I am left with the biggest cliff hanger so I was excited to get Blood and Chaos to see where Sophia and Creed ended up.
All I have to say is HOLY SHIZ SWEET BABY JESUS because so much was popping off and there is so much death and chaos. Just when you think the bad guy is gone you are thrown a monkey wrench and you find out that there is more than one bad guy and more than meets the eyes. There is so much hidden and when some of it is revealed you are left gasping breathing and needing air because your like HOLY SHIZ no that just did not happen but hell yes it did.
I was left wondering what was going to happen to Creed and Sophia and now I definitely need to know because that ending just no just hell to the mother effing no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Where to start with this review..... I have no idea because this book was so emotional for me. At times I laughed and at times I cried because of everything that was happening. I will say this it is a dark book and has some triggers for some. We get to meet Sophia who is a strong girl that takes what has been dealt to her and does not break down. She is absolutely amazing in my eyes. She is taken from her home and sold into a sex ring as a sex slave. She endures beatings and other unspeakable things at the hands of these filthy men.
Then on the evening of the auction where she is to be sold all hell breaks loose and there is major chaos in the place. People are running and screaming for their lives while there is shooting in the place. Poor Sophia has no idea what is going on but she is taken and she is scared because she does not know what is going to happen to her.
This is where the story really took off running in all directions because we get to meet Creed and lord have mercy he is he something else. Sophia will soon see that lies are going to be uncovered and true love is found in the darkest of places.
The ending man oh man the ending had me on pins and needles and then oh sh#$ no the author didn't but yes she did ladies and gentlemen she leaves us with a HUGE cliff hanger that has me wanting no needing book two right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
