We were interrupted by a knock at the door. I was both relieved and irritated at the same time. I suppose it was a blessing that someone had interrupted us because I wasn't sure how much longer either of us was going to last without some kind of physical contact. I needed to find some distance between us because I was beginning to lose all of my self control when it concerned Dylan Prescott. - (Deception)

"Don't compare yourself to the women I've dated. Looks are only skin deep, they don't last forever. I don't look for that in a woman anyway. I want a woman who can think for herself, one that I can have conversations with, share my life with and someone who isn't hung up on my money; someone like you. To me, you're the most intriguing, beautiful woman I've ever met." - (Deception)

5 of 5 Deception

Deception is one of those books you look at and say you need to read it because the cover is hot. Then you read the blurb and you know you are going to enjoy it. I will go so far as to say that this is a gem of a read because when I started reading it I could not put it down. I had an array of emotions running through me when I started reading it because you get so much meat in the beginning that you already know there is going to be trouble but your not sure what kind of trouble. What unfolds is nothing short of amazing.

Can you imagine being with someone for 11 years of your life? Well Brooke has been with Stefan for 11 years and they have the perfect relationship or so Brooke thought. Title: Promiscuous Book 2 in the Fixer Series
Author: Alyson Raynes
Genre: Suspenseful Romance/Erotica

Dylan had received a peculiar phone call from the governor, leaving me stranded and alone in his magnificent penthouse.

The events of the evening draining me free of any energy I had left.

I wanted to ask where he was going, but I had a gut feeling I knew the answer to that question.

It was his job to clean up a scene before anyone found out the gruesome details of a crime.

Then again, I found myself curious, wondering if Dylan himself had manufactured the hit on Amber Martinelli to frame Stefan.

I stepped out onto the terrace overlooking the city.

The lights were bright, twinkling as the roar of late night traffic lingered in the air.

A cold front was moving in and a slight chill moved through me.

Knowing how Dylan felt about me, I knew he would do anything to keep me safe.

Committing murder wasn't beneath him and it was dangerous for me to think that he could be involved in Amber’s.

"Well...bitch! I may be trash but I'm nothing like you. For starters, when someone says it's over, it means it's over. It doesn't mean you continue to call them, stop by their house or continue to try and seduce them. You see Misty, Dylan is a lot nicer than I am, so I'll put it in a language that you can easily understand. You're a whore Misty. You'll stick your mouth on any cock that's put before you, just so you can climb your way to the top of the corporate ladder. That's right, I've heard all of the office talk about you and seeing how you parade around like a piranha with Dylan, I know it's true. Now get the fuck out of my room so I can finish fucking my fiance!" (Promiscuous)

Promiscuous Book Trailer

5 of 5 Promiscuous

Promiscuous man this book had me at the edge of my seat because in Deception which is the first book of the series we have so much going on. We have lies, cheaters and a murder. There is so much popping off that Brooke and Dylan had one hell of a journey and in Promiscuous they will have even more of a fight that they will have to endure.

Brooke and Dylan are together but there is so much there to the two of them. Brooke has a past and Dylan has a past. Both have things they had to share with each other and when they did it just sealed the relationship and made them stronger. But now there is trouble on the Verizon and Brooke is not sure what is going on and who to trust. She knows she loves Dylan and she wants to be with Dylan but she is also no fool and she knows they are in danger and she is going to have to fight like hell to be with Dylan.

After Amber is murdered Brooke is wondering if Dylan had anything to do with it. Although it is looking like Stefan may have done it but no one is sure hence the mystery. But Brooke and Dylan have a lot to work out because Dylan has told Brooke his secret and now she could be in danger. Brooke loves Dylan but she is not sure if maybe he killed Amber to frame Stefan. I mean Stefan is a douche and he does deserve something but being framed for murder... Brooke just is not sure.

There is so much going on that Brooke, Dylan and Tristan are going to have to fight there way through this in order to get to safety. Can Brooke and Dylan get through this mess to finally be together? Or will it be to much and they end up separated......
