This first book in the series started off with a bang and I mean BANG! I loved this story I could not put it down and read it in one sitting. I was cooking and reading because I did not want to miss a thing. These two characters are so funny and cute at times I was swooning over them.
Silas is a great character I wish he was real. He did have his quirks which were no dating and no spending the night with women. He likes to keep his life simple work and fun and in that order. He does not like it when he starts to notice a girl and actually wants to know her. He wants to see her and talk to her and that has never happened to him. I found that part hilarious with his inner turmoil over actually wanting a woman.
Britain oh man did I feel bad for her because she had a rough life but then she made a life for herself and she did not lean on anyone for help. She was independent and confident with herself. I loved how she worked on cars and did what she wanted to do without feeling guilty.
When these two got together it was incredible and what made this story the bomb! This is a must read for all who love romances.
